To formally “become” a Buddhist, the traditional way is to “take refuge” in the Three Jewels of Buddhism: the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha. But even if you never identify as a Buddhist, there is much to gain and to learn by understanding the practice of taking refuge. Let’s explore this ancient ritual and teaching, and see how it can support us on our individual paths of awakening to more light, wisdom, compassion and freedom.

All are welcome! Love Offering.
