Mysticism is an experiential seeing/tasting/knowing of the divinity in ALL of Creation. In this evening's talk, discussion and (most important) practice session, we will explore the mysticism of Jesus as known by his earliest followers and Christian mystics of the last 2000 years ... and by saints from other religions who loved Jesus' teachings also.

With the aid of conscious connected breathing, powerful music and a safe container, we move into a state of non-ordinary awareness ... and explore whatever is ours to discover and heal and know in that timeless and sacred state. By freeing the breath we learn to "reinhabit" our own bodies, feel all our feelings and reclaim our aliveness and innate sense of joy. As the breath helps us to release the energetic residue of the past (that blocks creativity and potential), we move into a more compassionate experience of self and others, and a deeper sense of trust in Life and in Spirit.
